Job Title: Domestic Assistant.
Location: Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy.
Salary: £12 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 19:00 (20 hours per week)
Contract Type: Temporary/ School term

ASA Recruitment is partnering with a reputable local authority school in Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy to find a dedicated Domestic Staff member. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both students and staff. This is a part-time position, offering 20 hours per week, perfect for those looking for work in the afternoons.

Key Responsibilities
· Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
· Waste Management: Empty and manage trash and recycling bins regularly.
· Equipment Care: Properly store and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
· Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
· Support Tasks: Assist with setting up and tidying up after school events as needed.

Requirements
· Experience: Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role is preferred.
· Certification: Must have a valid Children PVG or willingness to obtain one.
