ASA are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical project working alongside a large-scale clients in the public sector on a contract daily rate of £400-£500 per day outside IR35.
As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee the implementation of an exciting new project to implement Microsoft Dynamics as our organisation-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, working closely with our implementation partner. You’ll lead the project through its four phases, ensuring it’s completed successfully between August 2024 and September 2026. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Edinburgh headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the delivery of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation project for the organisation, managing all phases from initiation to closure.
· Work closely with the CRM Project Board, including the SRO, Sponsor, Product Owner, Head of PMO, CRM Consultant, and other key stakeholders across the business.
· Manage the relationship with our implementation partner, ensuring alignment with project goals and successful transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
· Apply your expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to guide the project and address any challenges.
· Ensure the project adheres to Prince 2 methodology, maintaining high standards of governance and documentation.
· Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of different audiences.
· Support and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive project environment.
· Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with the project board, team, and suppliers.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a proven track record of managing CRM implementations in not-for-profit organisations.
· Experience with Prince 2 methodology and demonstrated ability to run projects within this framework.
· Proven ability to manage suppliers and ensure a smooth transition of systems to BAU.
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and adapt your communication style as needed.
· Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and drive the project forward.
· Experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation for a membership scheme, including Direct Debit management and Gift Aid, is highly desirable.
