We are currently recruiting for positions in Fife areas including Dunfermline, Lochgelly, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Leven and Cupar.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook meals adhering to specific dietary requirements
· Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, considering texture-modified diets
· Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
· Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards
· Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as necessary
· Work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
· Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards

Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of different techniques and nutrition
· Valid food hygiene and food allergen certificate
· Excellent attention to detail and creativity in meal preparation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong culinary skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Flexibility to work varying shifts and travel to different locations

The garnish:
· Weekly pay. £13ph going up to £16ph on weekends
