ASA Recruitment are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day support to individuals with a wide range of learning disabilities including epilepsy and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients with epilepsy and autism.
Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and timely delivery.
Monitor clients for any changes in their condition and respond appropriately to epilepsy-related incidents.
Assist clients with daily activities, including dressing, and meal preparation.
Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

What we need from you:

Previous experience working as a Support Worker.
Trained in medication administration.
Understanding of epilepsy and have the ability to respond to seizures appropriately.
Understanding of Autism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
