Key Responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates.
• Business Development: Targeted business development, including making outbound calls and attending meetings with business clients.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source the best talent in Fife and surrounding areas for vacancies.
• Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Working to Targets: Meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
