Benefits Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to work on a strategic project investing in online education. Working with the programme team and PMO, you will develop a Benefits Management framework that can be applied to benefits activities across a range of projects and incorporates existing benefits tools and processed. Based in Edinburgh, this Benefits Manager role is for 6 months.

Main duties:

· Develop a Benefits Management Strategy for the programme that aligns with the IS Benefits Framework
· Collate programme benefits to create a benefits map and benefits profiles
· Create a programme Benefits Realisation plan
· Define ongoing Benefits Management and Realisation roles and responsibilities
· Lead of the evaluation of ongoing Pilot activities to confirm early indicators for achievement of benefits

Essential:

· Experience of working on strategic change projects or programmes
· Experience of developing benefits frameworks, strategies and maps
· Experience of cost benefit analysis methods and the ability to analyse both qualitative and quantities benefits
· Experience of benefits mapping processes
· Awareness of benefits principles, benefits lifecycle, and documentation from the APMG guide to Managing Benefits
· Understanding of industry standard Project and Benefits Management methodologies
