IT Support Analyst

Description

ASA Recruitment are looking for a 2^nd line IT Support Analyst for a 3-month contract with our client.

What will you do:

• Respond to requests for IT support and keeping them updated
• Record incidents and change actions along with their resolution
• Rebuilding workstations, Laptops and Tablets
• Work alongside support teams and external suppliers
• Escalate any issues to the 3^rd line team

What we are looking for:

• Experience is a customer-facing role
• Experience working in an IT Support role or similar ITIL role
• An understanding of the Windows operating system
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft systems
• Experience supporting cloud-based technologies

The package

• Hybrid – with either the Edinburgh or Glasgow offices as your base
• 3 month contract – possible extension
• Inside IR35
• Immediate start date
