Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various sourcing strategies
– Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for roles
– Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and with attention to detail
– Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and performance KPI’s
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a recruitment, customer service or sales role is advantageous
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational and time management abilities
– Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
