ASA Recruitment is growing its team of skilled and seasoned Day Shift Support Workers to play a vital role within our Support network. Our philosophy revolves around fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, where candidates prioritise service users by delivering exceptional care to everyone within the sector.

Responsibilities:

• Offering hands-on assistance to clients with daily tasks and activities throughout the day. ·
• Ensuring dignity and respect while assisting with personal care needs. ·
• Facilitating access to community resources and organising social activities specifically designed for daytime care.·
• Working closely with health care professionals and family members to ensure due care.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the UK care sector.
• Possession of PVG for Adults (Update required through ASA).
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanour towards clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Readiness to accommodate the changing requirements of clients during night shifts.

What we offer:

• Commencing at £11 per hour on weekdays (increasing to £12.81 after 12 weeks of sustained work).
• Weekly pay and a referral program providing up to £250 Love to Shop vouchers.
• Option to select preferred working hours via a personalised online calendar, offering flexibility.
