ASA Have an exciting new position for a General Manager for our client in Aberdeen

Duration: Fulltime Staff Position

Rate: £35000 – £40000

Duties and Responsibilities:

Staff performance, training and development

QHSE compliance

Quality standards

Deadline management

Plant maintenance, document & manage service regimes, deal with breakdowns/issues etc

Manage processes/procedures for all work throughput, maximise plant efficiency and capacity

Act as the operational interface between all departments, facilitate department meetings, promote knowledge share etc

Build/maintain strong relationships with our key material suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery
