Description

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next role in the public sector? Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workloads?

ASA are currently working alongside a large-scale client in the public sector who are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual with an accurate eye for detail to join their team on a primarily remote basis with offices based in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
· Utilise a variety of Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, proficiently and effectively.
· Handle incoming calls via Microsoft Teams, providing excellent service to all stakeholders and respond promptly to internal and external customer emails, ensuring high-quality communication standards.
· Manage tasks with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines consistently and collaborate effectively within a small yet busy team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
· Adapt and excel in frequently changing situations, demonstrating a flexible approach to learning and problem-solving.
· Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and be committed to personal and professional development, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
· Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, via written and verbal means.
· Provide exceptional customer service, exhibiting a helpful and flexible attitude.

Requirements:
· Practical experience in an administrative environment.
· Proven ability to work flexibly in a small, busy team environment.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Experience in effective communication and influence within teams and across the organisation.
· Adaptability and comfort in rapidly changing situations.
· Flexible approach to learning and problem-solving.
· Knowledge and experience in implementing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Excellent customer service skills with a helpful, flexible attitude.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
· Proficient expertise in using Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
