ASA have a opportunity for you to work with a Financial Public Sector Organisation as an Interim Senior Investment Risk professional.

Some of the key duties and responsibilities will involve:
· Transaction Risk Analysis
· Independent risk review of Equity
· Risk monitoring and assessment of investments
· Provide Risk SMEs input to the Investment Team
· Conduct early warning signals and thematic reviews for the key investment areas
· Contribute to enhancing risk models, credit risk rating, equity valuation models and processes.
· Assist the Head of Investment Risk in the development of investment risk policies and frameworks from an equity and credit risk perspective and ensuring effective implementation and monitoring.

The client is looking for individuals who have carried senior Credit, Market or Investment Risk roles previously with at least 8 Years Experience in a financial service regulated environment. Experience is required in transactions risk analysis, credit & market risk analysis of unlisted companies and private market investments.

Experience in private credit/lending, venture capital, private equity, private markets will be highly desirable.
