Various shift patterns available
Weekly pay, starting from £12.25 per hour up to £24.50 for Public holiday’s

What we are looking for

You will be enthusiastic, have a good sense of humour, be dynamic, like children and have a sound understanding of child development. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in working with children.
This position requires someone who will be innovative and promote the individual needs and rights of very vulnerable children.

Job Role

The Residential Childcare Worker will be an integral part of the support for the children in learning healthy routines, providing them with learning opportunities like developing life skills or listening to them read. You will be working with an experienced and dedicated team and in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible. You will support the team in creating a home where these children can thrive, showing them their value by providing them with nurturing experiences, maintaining the environment, and providing home cooked food.
Your role will be supporting children and young adults in all aspects of daily life. Providing care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs, learning and mobility difficulties. Moving and Handling and personal care will be required.

Job Requirements

· RTW in the UK
· PVG for Adults & Children – Update required through ASA
· Minimum 6 months experience
