ASA is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Hybird team on a 6-month assignment as we embark on an exciting journey of audit modernisation.

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of all facets of Project Management, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Audit.

Description:
· Developing and maintaining program documents, encompassing scope, plans, initiation documents, stakeholder/communications plans, and risk reporting to support the establishment.
· Spearheading the creation of relevant business cases and a procurement strategy for essential audit-support software.
· Leading research, data gathering, business analysis, and requirements gathering, while also overseeing system testing and the development of guidance and training plans.
· Coordinating project team and governance board meetings to ensure streamlined communication and progress tracking.
· Collaborating with other project teams and managers to identify and manage inter dependencies effectively.
Requirements:
· You are professionally qualified in APM-PRINCE2/Agile Practitioner or similar with extensive experience in programme and project management including identification and implementation of new software systems and which encompass elements of change management around organisation behaviours and culture.
· You have experience of managing and supporting a multidisciplinary team and working with a variety of stakeholders.
· You have a demonstrable track record of delivering innovative solutions within similar projects to a tight scope and timescale and within budget.
