Housing Support Workers – Dunfermline Area
Full time positions available on a temporary basis with the potential to apply and secure the position on a permanent basis.
To provide support to people with a range of needs in their own homes, including those with learning disability, autistic spectrum disorder, complex needs, mental health issues, age related needs, homelessness, drug and alcohol addictions.

About the Role
In this role, you will become part of the support team ensuring a high quality of care and support is delivered to individuals within central West Fife both in a hostel setting and within their own homes. The role also provides outreach support to people in their own homes and outreach support services, to develop and maintain independent living skills and to take part in activities in the community.

Those with high empathy and tolerance along with a great sense of humour are key to success in what at times can be a challenging but rewarding role. The successful individual requires to have the passion, drive and dedication in helping others to live fulfilling lives.

What we can offer you
· Weekly pay, starting from £11.50 per hour up to £23 for Public holiday’s
· Mileage paid at 50p per mile

Requirements
· A current driving licence, business insurance and the use of your own car for work purposes are essential.
· RTW in the UK
· Post is subject to PVG check
Schedule
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
