UAT Analyst

Description

We are seeking a UAT Analyst to join an exciting project team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that new software systems meet user needs, particularly in the areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll. If you’re experienced in User Acceptance Testing, have a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively with end-users, we want to hear from you.

The Role:
As a UAT Analyst, your primary focus will be User Acceptance Testing of the HCM and Payroll solutions. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and end-users to prepare UAT test scenarios, scripts, and data, ensuring they align with business requirements and our testing strategy. Your role will also include reviewing and obtaining sign-offs on testing deliverables, supporting UAT execution, daily status reporting, and defect tracking.
The role is being offered as an initial 8-month contract with the option to extend further, and is inside IR35.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with SMEs and end-users to create UAT test scenarios, scripts, and data.
· Ensure traceability of testing against business requirements and maintain consistency with the overall testing strategy.
· Review and gain sign-off for test deliverables by relevant stakeholders.
· Support the execution and coordination of UAT, working closely with end-users.
· Provide daily status updates on testing progress.
· Track and report defects discovered during UAT using tools like Jira.

Requirements:
· Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing and working closely with end-users.
· Proficiency in writing test scenarios and scripts for UAT based on business requirements.
· Previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and Finance implementations.
· Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Must have valid basic disclosure and BPSS.

Package on Offer:
· Initial 8-month contract with the option to extend.
