The role:
· Plan, prioritise, and perform maintenance & repair tasks.
· Execute electrical, plumbing, and joinery repairs and routine trades work.
· Coordinate with clients and contractors for additional work arrangements.
· Schedule HVAC system for venue BMS during events.
· Conduct building inspections for compliance and maintenance needs.
· Respond to customer requests with clear communication.
· Implement energy efficiency and sustainability measures.
· Manage equipment schedules for events.
· Contribute to performance target development.

Essential Skills, Competences, Experience and Relevant Qualifications:

· 18th Edition certified electrical regs (BS7671)
· Good general Education and a willing to learn mindset.
· Demonstrable experience as an electrical or maintenance contractor (with electrical emphasis) within venue, large operation or similar.
· Understanding of HVAC, BMS and PAVA systems.
· Ability to work at heights.
· Oversee maintenance of all venue building fabric and electrical equipment in accordance with safe working practice and maintenance schedule.
· To work as part of a team, to be proactive, assess work requirements and be able to use initiative.
· Proven ability to plan and schedule own time and the work of a team, to manage internal and external client expectations.
· Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
· Experience of Lifting and Handling and ability to assess equipment necessary and appropriate use.
· Experienced in the use of power and hand tools.
