Learning and Developement Adviser

Description

ASA are looking for a Learning and Development Adviser to join our public sector in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

This contract opportunity would be perfect for an individual with a Human Resources and development background and this position offers a hybrid working model this will initially be for 12 months with a possible extension. The role is inside IR35.

Your role will be to define the scope and deliver a key strategic Learning and development project ensuring its effectiveness and timely implementation and Delivery.

Key Accountability’s
· To deliver a key strategic Learning and development project
· Ensure effectiveness and timely implementation and delivery.
· Establish project plans, creating project schedules and milestones to help removing barriers to reaching goals.
· Utilising a project management approach, own the end to end organisation and execution of learning and development.
· Scope, design, develop and implement behavioural and technical learning interventions that enable business outcomes, utilising blended learning solutions.
Person Specification
· Proven ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to complete training needs analysis to identify learning and development requirements at organisation, team, and individual level to align with the Strategic and Corporate Plans – assessing skills both behavioural and technical.
· Demonstrated ability to focus on continuous improvement with clear strategy to manage own personal development, through building knowledge of research, theory, and external insight.
· Application of project management experience to act as a consultant, understanding requirements to build solutions in a fast-paced change environment.
· Proven experience of designing, implementing, and evaluating within a fast paced and changing environment.
