Account Executive (on-site)

Description

Are you looking for your next career move? ASA Recruitment are seeking an Account Executive for a client with a high-volume account based in city centre Edinburgh.

This role is all about building strong relationships to retain and develop existing clients. The ideal candidate will be:

• Driven and passionate about delivering a great service.
• Confident with excellent interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure
• A great listener
• Experienced in dealing with high volume of calls.
• Able to find opportunities to upsell to the client.

If you are a people person you will thrive in this environment, it would suit someone with previous experience working in customer service, sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, or healthcare sectors. It would also be an advantage to have previous experience working towards KPI’s or targets but not essential.
