Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

ASA are currently looking to recruit a talented Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and support one of our well known clients in Aberdeen. This is a temporary position to work with our client in the run up to the festive period, working 40 hours per week, ideally starting 26th October 2023. You must be available to work evenings and weekends.

In this role you can expect to be involved with managing teams of casual staff and delegating tasks appropriately among team members. You will find yourself dealing with both small and large scale conferences as well as banquet dinners and other events. Room and space preparation is another key responsibility of this position while working to deadlines and instructions given by other management.

To be considered for this Assistant Manager position you should –
· Have existing food and beverage experience at Assistant Manager or supervisory level
· Have previous experience in managing other members of staff
· Have strong bar knowledge
· Be customer focused at all times
· Be able to work to deadlines and specifications given without supervision
