Are you an experienced Administration Assistant looking for your next role in the public sector?

Do you have strong customer facing, communication and administrative skills?

ASA are currently working alongside a large-scale client in the public sector who are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise and plan workload to join their team in Aberdeen.

Your role as an Administrative Assistant:
· Act as first point of contact with visitors to Head Office and provide a brief on local points of note including safety and facilities information.
· Provide general administrative support including minute taking, photocopying, answering routine phone and email enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing mail, booking travel and accommodation along with any other duties as they arise.
· Organise meetings for internal staff, and external stakeholders, including booking, and preparing of, meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments.
· Sign in visitors and contractors and issue passes and staff ID cards for new staff and contractors.
· Manage stock levels to ensure stationery in head office is adequately maintained and distributed.
· Support the Incident Controls Officer when required and provide cover across a range of generic tasks for colleagues during times of planned and unplanned absences.

· Strong customer service skills with strong attention to detail
· The ability to work well within a team.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills working in a fast-paced environment.
· Great initiative and the ability to manage workload effectively in a flexible manner.
