ASA are currently working alongside a large-scale client in the public sector who are looking for motivated and knowledgeable individuals with a background in administration to join their team based in Dundee.
The role:
· Provide full confidential administrative support in compliance with GDPR.
· Process incoming and outgoing mail.
· Screen information using set procedures to process data and carrying out database searches.
· Ability to handle and record payments.
Successful candidates for this role will need:
· Strong IT skills, an experienced user of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
· Ability to work under pressure to set timescales and meet targets.
· Effective communication skills and confidence in communicating with others via email or telephone.
· High standard of customer service
· Experience in working with public records.
In Return, you’ll get:
· A Monday to Friday 9-5 role with predominant home-based working.

· Weekly pay as part of an ongoing interim contract.
The role is an initial 6 month contract starting mid October with possibility of extension for a further 3 months.
