Are you passionate about supporting some of our most vulnerable adults in North Lanarkshire?

ASA Recruitment are currently on the lookout for talented Project Workers to cover a wide range of services throughout North Lanarkshire.

Your primary role will be to keep our service, and the people that use it, safe. Your positive attitude towards your work and others will help to contribute to a great working environment.

As a Project Worker you will be working with people who are homeless and some with addiction problems that might be moving on from homeless accommodation. The people you will be supporting are vulnerable and have complex issues, therefore we are looking for highly motivated staff with excellent communication skills, who can deal with a challenging situation should it arise.

You will provide a quality service tailored to the assessed needs of each individual by identifying, planning and facilitating support to enable appropriate move-on options for each service user. You will use all of your knowledge and experience to help service users build their life skills and prepare for independent living.

What we need from you:

* A caring attitude and understanding of Homeless and Addictions
* Have use of your own transport or have the ability to travel freely on public transport.
*UK work experience.
