Are you an experienced HR Advisor?

ASA Recruitment are working with a popular Glasgow educational institution to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. This contract role is suitable for candidates based in Glasgow to work on a hybrid basis.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Manage all ER cases in own designated areas of organisational responsibility including long term absence cases, final stage absence processes, grievance, capability and disciplinary
• Assist in maintaining proactive employee relations by working with the College’s recognised trade unions to ensure that a positive climate of employee relations is maintained
• Provide professional HR advice that is up to date, reliable and effective and be proactive in providing guidance to College managers on the interpretation and implementation of all HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators and related benchmarking data

So, what are we looking for?

• Relevant experience in an HR setting
• Proven experience of ER case management
• CIPD qualification would be advantageous
