Support Worker

Description

We are recruiting for dedicated and passionate Support Workers to work within a home care setting based all over Fife.

Within this role you will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off rota between the hours of 22:00 and 06:30 which is provided by the client. You will be required to work on a double up team so being an excellent team player is a must.

This role will involve:
· Supporting service users will all aspects of personal care.
· Providing emotional and physical support.
· Encourage independence as much as possible.
· Visiting service users within their own homes during the night.
· Team working

Candidate benefits:
· Hourly pay of £11.25 and will rise to £15.40 after 12 weeks.

We do require the following:
· Previous care experience
· Right to work in the UK
· Knowledge of moving and handling regulations
· Full clean driver licence is highly desirable but not essential (company car/van will be provided).
· Experience of night working is preferred.
