Are you a highly experienced AWS Software Engineer?

ASA Recruitment are working with one of Scotland’s largest public sector organisations to source an experienced Technical Lead. This role sits OUTSIDE IR35 and is suitable for candidates based within travelling distance of Edinburgh or Glasgow to work on a hybrid basis.

If you started in this role today you would…

Lead the development and delivery of:

• Pre-payment service updates and rollout
• BO Reports discovery & update
• Customer Accounts removal of bespoke code & efficiencies
• Invoicing improvements
• Settle UI Dispatch improvements
• Procurement & Supplier payments improvements

So, what are we looking for?

Significant commercial experience with the following technology:

AWS including:

• CDK
• Serverless (Lambda)
• S3
• API Gateway
• Cloud Formation
• Aurora/Postgres

As well as:

• Typescript
• Modern JavaScript UI frameworks, including React
• Strong HTML / CSS skills and an awareness of accessibility considerations
