Systems Engineer

Are you an experienced 2nd line Support Engineer looking for a new role in Edinburgh? Are you well versed in IT Infrastructure and Technical Support, and keen to join a growing tech team? We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis, to work in the heart of Edinburgh.

What will you be doing?

· You will provide remote support to external clients from the office and will also provide on-site Support throughout the Central Belt
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an MSP environment
· Providing market leading customer service, while developing and utilising your technical skills

What are we looking for?

· A passion for IT Infrastructure and Technical Support.
· Experience with administration of Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange
· Working knowledge of Windows 7/8/10
· Proven ability to work well under pressure
· Knowledge of Server OS (2008 R2 / 2012 R2 / 2016), and Group Policy.
· Voice over IP Administration (Unify, Gamma Horizon, etc)
· Terminal Services / Citrix Experience.
