Would you like to work in a friendly but fast-paced role providing administrative support to a team of sales professionals?

ASA recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Glasgow.

You will be required to interact with clients and candidates in a confident and professional manner on a face to face basis at reception and also in the answering of incoming telephone calls.

You will also be part of a larger Group Administration team and your duties will include:

  • Checking compliance documents are up to legal standards
  • Managing and electronically updating files
  • Updating and formatting MS Word & Excel documents to a high standard
  • Managing, updating and running reports from our specialist CRM system

If you are self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills, where you can show initiative with good organisational & communication skills, with the ability to prioritise work without the need for close supervision then this role will be the ideal match for you.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Word, is also required.
