ASA are currently on the lookout for Healthcare Assistants with experience working in care homes based in Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes areas. You will be joining a great welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive team of Care Assistants.
Working as a healthcare assistant you will be working apart of a skilled, focused and supportive team who care greatly about the wellbeing of their residents. You must be adaptable to new environments as no two days will be the same within your role.
As a healthcare assistant you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of person-centred care you possibly can. We do not believe in seeing our care staff as just a number. We aim to make each individual feel fully supported and valued in every step of the way.

· Paid every Friday, £11 during the week £11.25 nights and weekends (rising to £14.53 after 12 weeks)

Our shift patterns are 07:30 – 15:00, 14:30 – 22:00 or 21:45 – 07:45. You work based on your availability so there is excellent opportunity for a great work life balance.
