An exciting opportunity has arisen for Administrators to work for a local authority.
Based in Glenrothes, 37 hours per week @ £10.98 per hour. This is a Monday to Friday role.
This is a temporary post for a minimum of 12 weeks with the option to become permanent for the right person.
This role will involve cleaning files and scanning documents to a digital archive system. This will require you to be able to carry out the following tasks.
* Prepare physical documentation for scanning in accordance with file preparation procedure.
* Scanning of documents on high-speed scanning stations and image capture
* Quality check completed scanned document and save document file onto the Network Storage System.
* Accurately file name and index scanned documents.
* The physical retrieval of hardcopy files from the onsite storage location.
* The physical return of hardcopy files to allocated shelf in the onsite storage location.
* Highlight any issues to the line management
* Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures
