Janitor

Description

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Janitor to provide facilities support services within public properties in the Glasgow area.

Duties include:
· Ensuring that premises are in good working order and fit for purpose
· Carrying out planned preventative maintenance schedule (including gritting paths in winter )
· Reporting all faults to the relevant department or vendor
· Responsible for the security of the site during opening hours
· Ensuring that all premises are left in a good condition

Qualification/Competences:
· Experience of general repairs and maintenance
· Must hold a valid PVG for children and adults or be able to obtain one
