Your responsibilities include: –

*Comply with COSHH, hygiene and food safety regulations.
*Report any incidents to person in charge
*Record food and kitchen temperatures
*All relevant documents to be completed accurately

What you require:-
*Food hygiene and allergens certificate
*Willing to get a PVG
*Good understanding of your role
*Ability to use your own initiative
*Working well on your own and work well within a team
*Be able to provide two references one including your most recent employer
