Looking for a new Admin role?
ASA Recruitment are working with a large Scottish criminal justice agency to recruit an experienced Administrator. This role is suitable for candidates able to work in Falkirk on a hybrid basis.
If you started in this role today you would…
- Provide an administrative service to support the delivery of Learning and Development across the organisation
- Maintain administration systems and processes to support the design, delivery, evaluation and review of training programmes and products, taking cognisance of local quality assurance procedures
- Communicate clearly and effectively with contacts including team members, colleagues, customers, stakeholders and visitors
- Prioritise and plan your work to meet locally agreed objectives and timescales; managing time and resources, being flexible and supportive
So, what are we looking for?
- Demonstrable experience in an office administrator role or similar
- Wide range of experience in design and layout of documents, presentations and reports using Microsoft applications
- Good knowledge of database/records management including the ability to analyse, interpret and report on a range of business information
