Are you an experienced HR Advisor?

ASA Recruitment are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for Transactional Services. This role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland to work on a remote basis.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Responsible for managing the HR transactional processes of a shared service team
• Line manage a small team to coordinate HR processing with payroll to ensure workforce changes are recorded and actioned
• Manage the provision, analysis and presentation of planned and ad hoc workforce information to support effective decision making and corporate reporting
• Support and develop the HR team to advise managers and employees in line with the corporate objectives of both organisations and agreed service level agreements with HR

So, what are we looking for?

• CIPD qualified or other relevant organisational development/design/change qualification or relevant experience
• Project management experience as well as a good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, including risk management
• Sound knowledge and experience of providing HR analytics and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and practices
