Your key responsibilities will include
- Ensuring high standards are always maintained.
- Assisting service users in all aspects of their care needs.
- Administering medication as required.
- Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the well-being of the service users and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns.
- Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
