ASA are actively recruiting for Chefs to work with our established clients in Edinburgh and the Lothians.

To be considered for this role you have must have:
· 6 months UK experience as a Chef.
· Food and Allergen Certificates.
· Two references one must support your experience for this role.
· Have a positive attitude and be able to work on your own initiative.

Duties as a Chef include:
· Responsibility for the planning and direct of Food Preparation .
· Ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements.
· Directing and supervising food preparation.
· Demonstrate and promote team work.
