Recruitment experience is not essential. At ASA we want people who are passionate about the sector they work in and we cover many. Hospitality, Healthcare, Engineering, IT, Professional Services – who do you want to call? You may have transferable skills from any of these disciplines or have a strong customer service background that will enable you to progress on a new career path.
