Do you have Administration or Recruitment experience?

ASA Recruitment are working with one of Scotland’s biggest public sector clients to recruit a Recruitment Administrator. This role is suitable for candidates based in the Edinburgh area.

If you started in this role today you would…

  • Liaise closely with managers and advisers within HR, ensuring the needs of customers are met but also compliant with policies
  • E-recruitment system input and co-ordination of candidates through assessment process
  • Provide guidance, support, advice and feedback to candidates and recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process and signposting where necessary
  • Undertake all pre-employment checks for successful candidates, prepare employment contracts and process new employee details to the people system
