ASA recruitment are currently working with national housing association who have multiple sites across Scotland and have a Cook vacancy is based in one of their housing developments in Buckie. There are adhoc shifts available throughout the coming months covering holiday periods.

You will be responsible for cooking and serving meals to a high standard, offering a varied menu of healthy, nutritious and diverse choices. You will manage the kitchen and ensure that the kitchen service runs smoothly whilst being sensitive to the needs of our residents. You should be prepared to work as part of a team and focus on the task at hand. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergens must be held.

To be considered for this role you should;
· Have experience working in a similar kitchen environment
· Hold own food hygiene and allergens certificates
· Have existing PVG or be willing to obtain prior to employment
· Be passionate and dedicated to what you do

In return ASA can offer you £13.50 per hour paid weekly with additionally accrued holiday pay build up from your very first shift. We give you the opportunity to manage your own work diary and select shifts that suit your availability.
