Estates Surveyor

Description

Are you are Qualified Chartered Surveyor looking for a temporary challenge? We are working with our client in the centre of Aberdeen for a start at the beginning of June.

As part of the Estate team you will provide strategic property advice and act as the client function in relation to the extensive investment property portfolio.

You will deliver

• Property lettings/lease renewals and rent reviews
• Provide support to Corporate Working Groups, particularly with regards to property leasing and property lease management
• Prepare recommendations reports for business cases and reports to committees
• Undertake valuations of property assets for re-disposal, rental, decision making and statutory purposes
• Assist the Team Leader in providing the annual Property Asset Valuation

Qualification Requirements

• Degree Qualified in property related discipline
• A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) (General Practice)
• A Registered valuer with the RICS or capable of becoming a Registered Valuer
• Current UK Driving Licence
• Self-confident and self-motivated
