ASA Recruitment are currently looking for Healthcare Recruitment Consultants to join our busy and expanding Edinburgh team.

So…. What’s Recruitment all about!

Well the first 6 months of your Recruitment journey will set the foundation for a great career path, you will need:

• The ability to network and interact with a variety of people either face to face or by phone
• Be interested to learn more about a candidate then what’s written on their CV or cover letter
• Take the time to really hear your candidates, clients and co-workers
• The ability to focus on the candidate or vacancy in front of them as well as the company’s big picture
• To be reliable and deliver on promises to candidates and clients

Recruitment experience is not essential. At ASA we want people who are passionate about the sector they work in. You may have a strong background working in the healthcare industry which would be an advantage or you may possess exceptional customer service or sales skills with an interest in supporting our clients / healthcare providers achieve a great standard of living for their residents.
