Do you have administrative experience?
ASA Recruitment are working with one of the biggest universities in Scotland to recruit an experienced Administrator. This role is suitable for candidates based in the Edinburgh area to work on a hybrid basis.
If you started in this role today you would be…
- Provide confidential administrative support to the office of the Interim Head of School’s office, and provide cover in the Head of School’s PA’s absence
- Organising internal and external meeting and events, arranging domestic and overseas travel and accommodation itineraries
- Arranging, attending and taking minutes at a variety of strategic-led meetings including Business Operations Committee; School Executive Team including collation and dissemination of paperwork, taking minutes and making and ensure all action points are followed up as required
- Responsible for maintenance and updating of all-staff emails and contacts lists, maintaining and updating floor plans and room allocations, creating organograms and PowerPoints while following standard formats and templates

- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Confident communicator with good problem solving skills
