Are you an experienced Solicitor?

ASA Recruitment are working with one of Scotland’s biggest councils to recruit a highly experienced Solicitor. This contract role is suitable for candidates who can work in Glasgow on a hybrid basis.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Drafting commercial contracts within a busy corporate and property team
• Giving advice to various council departments and local companies
• Conduct legal research and investigate the facts of each case
• Delegate and outsource work when appropriate

So, what are we looking for?

• Relevant post qualification experience in a similar role
• Experience of commercial contract drafting would be desirable
• Public procurement or ICT drafting expertise would be advantageous
