ASA are looking to recruit Catering Assistants to work with and support our client in the Turriff area of Aberdeenshire. The work location is a modern, purpose built very sheltered housing complex in Turriff for older people and people with complex care needs. There is the opportunity for flexible working to pick up shifts to suit your desired work life balance.

For the role of Catering Assistant you may be:
· Working alongside the Chef and kitchen team
· Practising safe use of equipment and cleaning agents
· Cleaning, organising and stocking the kitchen
· Assisting in food preparation using safe methods of food hygiene

Requirements for the role include:
· PVG Certificate – update required if already held
· Previous experience in a similar job role
· High organisation skills with positive and efficient work ethic
· Knowledge of food hygiene
