Are you an enthusiastic internal sales person looking for your next challenge? Then we have the role for you!

We are working with our client in Bridge of Don to source a customer focused individual to help take their business to the next level.

Your new role

Internal Sales is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customer by taking complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

You will be responsible for:

  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager, expeditor and fellow Internal Sales, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met
  • Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents etc.
  • Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner
  • Process customer quotes and orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner
  • Organise workflow to meet customer deadlines
  • Effectively present, promote and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Customer Service – the ability to manage difficult customer situations
  • Organisational Skills – follows policies and procedures completing administrative tasks correctly and on time
  • Be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyse information skilfully whilst developing alternative solutions
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looking for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Standard Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft packages
  • Develop fresh or non-standard methodology for problem solving
