Description

Are you interested in a career in administration? Are you a looking for your first step on the ladder, keen to learn? Do you want to become part of a small advancing team with a desire to develop customer facing skills?

Initially this is a temporary position for 12 weeks, based in the South of the City, if successful there is the potential for this to be your first permanent position.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support the team with accurately entering customer orders into the systems
  • Create customer dispatch paper work
  • Ensure daily invoicing is completed in a timely manner and submitted to customer portals
  • Communicating with customers, written and verbal communication

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Comprehensive Microsoft skill and a willingness to learn new IT packages
  • Willingness to perform, communicate by phone and be a team player
  • A commitment to learn and adapt within a small team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
