ASA are looking for skilled chefs like you to work with our hospitality clients in and throughout Fife! Take your career to the next-level and provide a high-quality catering service alongside a great team, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment. Combine your knowledge and ambition to prepare and serve delicious meals in full compliance with food hygiene standards.
To be successful in this role, you should aim to carry out preparation and delivery of food services. Upkeep a clean and hygienic environment within the kitchen and associated catering premises, in accordance with the specification. Be responsive to needs as they arise and to constantly seek to improve the productivity and quality of the service.

What we are looking for in you:
· Comply with COSHH, hygiene and food regulations, incl Health & Safety.
· Report any incidents to person in charge
· Record & monitor food / kitchen temperatures
· All relevant documents to be completed accurately
· Serving nutritious, quality meals.
What would be required of you:
· Food hygiene and an allergens certificate
· A PVG (This would need to be updated when you come aboard with us)

· Great understanding of your role
· Ability to use your own initiative
· Two references, including one from your most recent employer.
