ASA Recruitment are working with a large Scottish environmental organisation to recruit a Contact Centre Operator. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt to work on a shift basis.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Process calls and email enquiries received at the Contact Centre efficiently, paying particular attention to the detail and nature of the calls/emails
• Ensure the accurate and complete recording of information
• Pass enquiries / complaints made to the Contact Centre to the appropriate person / team for action, quickly and efficiently and in accordance with procedure
• To assist in the management of databases and other records by recording, inputting and maintaining specific information relating to the duties of the Contact Centre

So, what are we looking for?

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with dealing with customers over the telephone essential
• Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and a good telephone manner
