Do you have experience heading up Artificial Intelligence projects?

ASA Recruitment are working with a large Scottish healthcare body to recruit a Senior Programme Manager (AI). This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt to work on a hybrid basis.

THIS ROLE SITS OUTSIDE IR35

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Assisting a programme to focus on operationalising AI solutions in parallel to further research & innovation, and on establishing longer-term AI strategy and capabilities
• Support the delivery of a number of complex projects and work streams including service reconfiguration, planning and delivering capacity
• Manage substantial risks in projects re funding, costs, timeframes, clinical safety, interdependencies, and service change
• Design and implement evaluation methods, and in particular challenge current practices to increase pace of delivery

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of working in research & innovation, IT / Digital projects and operations, and on the development or commissioning of Artificial Intelligence based digital solutions
• Experienced manager with extensive highly developed operational and programme management experience with proven delivery at a strategic level in a large organisation
• Extensive experience of working strategically and corporately, demonstrating ability to consider the wider organisation agenda and support strategic and operational change
