What’s this all about?

This role will see you working for an established Scottish Recruitment agency. You will have an opportunity to connect and build relationships with a broad range of interesting clients from Hospitality, Healthcare, Engineering, IT and Professional Services to name a few! Scope out their recruitment needs and provide them with the ideal solution.

So… What do you need?

• Recruitment is a sales role where you get to work with a huge range of different clients and candidates from all backgrounds, so you’ll need to be a confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone
• Professional plate spinners need apply! You’ll need to be great at multi-tasking and able to handle mixed workloads and important compliance tasks that meet our standards and keep us working on some exciting contracts
• Target driven – we work to fixed targets which generate big rewards, so you’ll need to be ready to smash your next challenge
• Resilience – not every call is a winner, but you’ll be ready to keep going until you find the candidate that’s ‘the one!’
• Our clients are based all over Scotland so we need someone who can drive and is able to handle one of our wee ‘green machine’ office pool cars!
